All our products are made with utmost care and we ensure high quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer any returns on products which are delivered in perfect condition. If you find that you’ve made an error with size of your clothing then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement.

Certain products specific to the COVID-19 are under the category of essential products and hence do not qualify to be returned or exchanged.

Customers are requested to contact our Customer Care Team within 14 days of receiving delivery at customercare@onatiglobal.com with the intent of exchange. Please mention the order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request..

EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Discounted products are not applicable for any exchange/return. All sales are final.
  2. Many of our products are hand embroidered and made with utmost care by our craftsmen. However, the hand embroidered garments may have minor variation/ irregularities on the garment. These instances should not be treated as a defect in the product.
  3. Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  4. To exchange a product, our Customer Care Team should be contacted by email within 14 days of receiving delivery at Email: customercare@onatiglobal.com with the intent of exchange. Please mention the order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchange request.
  5. In order for us to approve any exchanges, please ensure that the merchandize is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.
  6. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

REFUNDS

If applicable, refunds will be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges will not be refunded except where we have erroneously sent you a wrong item/ colour/ size.
It will take about 10-12 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refunds will be done in the following cases. In order for us to approve any refund, ensure that the merchandise is unused, unworn and undamaged with tags intact.

  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost in transit
  3. In case a wrong item has been sent to you.

No Refunds will be entertained under following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect delivery address.
  2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  3. Product returned is damaged due to use or misuse.
  4. Product returned has a defect but has been used.
  5. The products returned have no tags and invoice attached to them.

Note: Refunds are granted only after receiving the returned shipment.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

  1. Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
