Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes. You can contact our Customer Service team on 09886167682 (also whatsapp available on this number) and they will gladly place your order via the telephone for you.

Please note, first time orders would need to be delivered to your billing address for security purposes.

I’m having issues placing my order?

We would suggest checking all your purchase information is correct and your billing address matches the card you are using. If you are still having issues you can contact the Customer Service team on 09886167682 who may be able to put the order through for you.

Where do I put my promotional code?

Within your bag (before proceeding to check out) underneath the goods you are purchasing, there is a “promo code” box. Please enter your code here and ensure you apply this to the order.

Does the order have to go to my home address?

No. You can select a different shipping address to your billing address. You will be prompted to select these addresses at checkout.

EXISTING ORDER

Can I cancel/ add to my order?

Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to cancel. You can use the return process to get a full refund. Kindly refer to the returns section for more details.

Currently, we are unable to add additional pieces to your order; you would need to place a new order for any additional items.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Our order processing team dispatches orders promptly.

Why have I not received my email confirmation?

Your order has been placed successfully once you reach the screen that displays your order number. If you have not received an email, check your account, which will show all your current orders.

Alternatively, you may have typed your email address incorrectly. We would suggest you contact Customer Services to check this for you.

What do I do if my order is incorrect?

Please send us an email to advise which items are missing/incorrect, confirming if there was any damage to the parcel and sending images where applicable.

1.Our custom made service offers custom made clothing for men, women and kids.

2.While we try to accurately display the colour of our products and designs, the actual colours may slightly vary depending on the settings of the display of your computer screens or devices.

Hence, we cannot guarantee the exact shade of the colour.

3. There may be a slight variation in the finished garment delivered to you when compared to the design illustration. This is due to the manufacturing process involved and the behavior of the selected fabric.

4. In case the fabric selected  by you is not available, our team will be able to advice you regarding an alternate fabric suitable for the design.

5)On receipt of your order a designer will be assigned to you and you can contact the designer to discuss any doubts and give extra instructions.

6)We collect your fabrics and extra fabric that is left over will be returned to you along with the ready blouse/garment.

7)Please ensure that the fabric that you send us is without any defects, color blotches, weave defects as

we will not be responsible for such issues and will not be able to tailor your blouse/garment. In such condition the charges of fabric collection and return along with 5% of service handling charges out of the total charges  be will be deducted while returning your fabric.

8)The lining material will be color matched to the closest color tone of that of main fabric .Do note that  color shades render differently on each type of fabric.

9)If the contrasting color fabric is sourced by us, we will try our best to source the color tone of your choice but the colors may not be exact as wished due to the fabric type being used.

10)Fitting assurance up to 90%

11)Designs on the website may differ in actual by 10-12% as the blouse fabric type (like cotton, silk, satin, velvet etc) fall differently on the same cut.
